    Communicate and encourage socializing. Set the rules of meetings - turning on the webcam, active participation in meetings.

    Stop buying unnecessary stuff. Simply saying no to things we don't need, and being appreciative for what we already have is one of the biggest steps we can take to reducing our waste.

    In primary school, I learned a lot about garbage collection and we often went to clean the area around the school with the classmates. Until today, when I see garbage on the pavement, I pick it up and throw it into the garbage can.
