Participant Feed

  • REFLECTION QUESTION

I tend to buy coffee (iced) which comes in a single use container and with a straw. I purchased silicone straws to keep in my car to cut down on my single use plastics and always make sure that the container makes it to a recycling bin.

Reducing screen time has been easier than anticipated.  I switched from e-books to actual books and started dong workouts with audio only prompt
