    I like the ecochallenge and I feel this is not that difficult to do every task I choose.  Good start!!

    Transportation Work From Home
    It takes the average worker in the United States 26 minutes to travel to work. One way to fix long commutes would be to make cities more affordable. An even simpler option: promote the use of telework. How have you used technology to replace in-person meetings or work this year?

    always use teams/zoom to meet or talk to suppliers, that is more efficiency and effective.

    no, it is easy to choose other activities.... i can walk outside, ready books and supermarket

    yes I feel very good while taking a walk during lunch time and it can fresh my mind and forget all problems at work.....

    I sleep average 7hrs daily and you can do some exercise for example sit up before sleep.  It will help with better sleep.

    Don't throw plastic & rubbish to the sea so make water clean.
    Don't use shampoo or body cream with chemical before to the sea or pool.
