    I think if i were to do this challenge again i would go in with the expectation that i would do my own food shopping.

    Im struggling to meet my goals today. Its not that im not motivated, its just i have alot on my plate and i feel like i have to give up other productivity to do these things

    How does eating more fruits and vegetables and less meat positively affect yourself, other people, and our planet?

    This positively affects me by reducing my blood pressure, giving me more micro nutrients, giving me more hydration and keeping my spirits u by puting effort into a good meal. Im not sure how this impacts other people.. other than side affects of how it would affect me and the planet. But it affects the planet by being a more efficient way for me to nourish myself

    Ive got a whole foods "meal" here, more of a snack, but oh well. Its frozen blue berries and cream. That ones happy
