    Mindfulness techniques such as meditation can strengthen our Physical and emotional stress. We can practice meditation daily and also Yoga.

    While water bottles are needed for health and safety in certain places, we can do more to reduce the unnecessary use of them. What are the barriers to you using reusable bottles and tap water instead of bottled water? How could you make this a permanent habit?

    I am using Personal water bottles (Metal water bottles) and this can be reused every time and everyday.

    Purchase products made from recycled materials. Avoid the use of disposable goods, such as lighters, paper cups and plastics.
    Use cloth bags when buying groceries or reuse grocery bags.
    Instead of using paper cups or bottled water, use reusable coffee mugs or personal water bottles
    Use washable table napkins instead of paper napkins
    In the workplace, instead of making one-sided copies, one can use two-sided copies.
