Katy Ferguson 10/14/2020 9:15 AMRefuse! I've been working on this behavior, especially for 'give aways' or 'swag'. Do I REALLY need another coffee cup? Or plastic widget? I try to look for stickers instead to decorate my lab notebook :) -

Carry things out in your hands? In a cart? Accept a disposable one? If you find yourself in this position often, what system could you put in place to try to create a successful habit of not using plastic bags?
Katy Ferguson 10/13/2020 6:59 AMI will hand carry items or use a paper bag. I created a habit of bringing a crate and insulated costco bag with me when I grocery shop. No plastic bags, easier/faster to 'bag' my groceries, and less trips to/from the car when unloading at home. WIN!! -
