    Being grateful shifts a mindset from meh to WOW!  I have so much to be grateful for, and I truly am.

    I started a walking group in my neighborhood.  We try to walk together everyday for 1 mile - socially distanced, or course.

      It's amazing what we can accomplish when we're in it together, especially with exercise! A team that sweats together, sticks together! :) Great job in getting others engaged, keep up the great work Megan!
