Nature
Explore My Area
I will explore at least one new hiking trail or nature walk in my area.
Nature
Support Local Pollinators
Do at Home
At least 30% of crops and 90% of flowering plants rely on pollinators to produce fruit. I will spend 1 minutes researching which plants support local native pollinators and plant some in my yard.
Nature
Forage for My Food
Do at Home
I will use the resources below to find where I can forage for my own food locally.
Nature
Plant Trees
Do at Home
I will plant 1 tree(s) in my community, public parks, or backyard.
Nature
Offset for Climate Justice
Do at Home
Greenhouse gases found in old refrigerants are up to 10,900 times more potent than carbon dioxide. I will help eliminate these gases through the purchase of offset credits to ensure we all have a planet we can thrive on.
Nature
Learn About the Impact of Old Refrigerants
Do at Home
I will spend 15 minutes researching the impact of old harmful refrigerants on our environment.
Action Track: Healing and Renewal
Core Values
Do at Home
We may find more meaning and joy in life when our actions are aligned with our personal values. I will determine what my top 3-5 core values are so that I can better align my actions with them.
Action Track: Healing and Renewal
Forgiveness
Do at Home
I will begin, or continue, on the journey of forgiving myself and/or other(s). I may do this through journaling, meditation, prayer, and/or talking with a licensed healthcare professional.
Action Track: Healing and Renewal
Family Game Hour
Do at Home
I will spend quality time with family and friends by playing low-tech game(s) and/or through the spirit of imagination.
Transportation
Advocate for Greener Vehicles
Do at Home
I will spend at least 1 minutes assessing the vehicles used by my company or college and advocate for a purchasing policy focused on fuel-efficient vehicles.
Transportation
Work From Home
Do at Home
I will work from home 2 day(s) to avoid my commute's carbon output.
Transportation
Car Share
I will sign up for a car-sharing service, or organize car sharing with my neighbors, to cut down on the number of vehicles on the road.
Transportation
Improve a Bus Stop
I will improve a bus stop in my neighborhood by posting the stop schedule, adding seating or shelter, adding art or flowers, picking up litter, or some other small improvement.
Waste
USED COOKING OIL RECYCLE
If we do not properly dispose of cooking oil, there will be effects on the environment. From 1 l of cooking oil, we can obtain 900 ml biodiesel. Campaign to recycle our used cooking oil from our homes
Waste
Use a Reusable Mug
Do at Home
I will avoid sending 1 disposable cup(s) to the landfill each day by using a reusable mug.
Waste
Use a Reusable Water Bottle
Do at Home

Water
Install Greywater Catchment
Do at Home
I will install a greywater catchment system in my home.
Water
Collect Rain Water
Do at Home
I will create a rain garden or bioswale or use rain barrels to collect water for outdoor watering needs.
Water
Mulch the Base of Trees and Plants
Do at Home
I will prevent water runoff and increase absorbency by mulching the base of plants and trees at my home or work.
Water

Do at Home
I will fix faucets or report leaky faucets to facilities that have been wasting up to 9 gallons (34 L) of water per faucet every day.
Water
Conserve Toilet Water

Water
Say No to Plastic Straws
Do at Home
