    I watched these two TED Talks about food sovereignty and learned the importance of planting traditional foods that are linked to the land by having a relationship with each other for thousands of years.

    Today I made a vegetarian breakfast with a masa cake and scrambled eggs; tonight I will have a vegan meal of lentils and rice!

    Why do people in richer countries eat more meat than people in other places? How does eating more meat affect our planet and other people?

    I will guess that people in richer countries have more access to resources that allow them to process, sell and purchase meat at a higher rate than a country that is not as rich.  Eating more meat affects our planet in a negative way, being that it causes more waist, more pollution, illnesses, and diseases.
