    If you are getting your flu shot make an appt with your doctor (if you are the right age) and get shot1of2 of your shingle vaccine!  I need to get shot2of2 shingles this week when I get my flu shot.

    curate your cabinet with favorite mugs.  Tie a great memory into a way to start your day.  I have mugs from my mom and with the weather turning so nice its great to take some time and sit outside in the morning to prep for the day all while using a reusable mug.
