    Even though it was cold this morning.   I took my new puppy out for his morning walk.  Having a new puppy is making more active than I want to be =)

    I deal with physical and emotional stress by doing the following things:

    Go for walk
    Read a book
    Listen to music
    Connect with friends and family

    I was able to take a walk yesterday, before it starts getting cold outside

    Walked 2 miles yesterday in 42 minutes.  I enjoyed being out in the fresh crisp air yesterday.

    I took a walk on the bike trail yesterday, while listening to book.   It was very relaxing and I am looking forward to doing it again.
