Jeffrey Kohne 10/28/2020 9:03 PMAs I wrap up this ecochallenge and look back on my goals from previous years, I believe I can say that things DO sink in over time. Inspired by my previous goals, I now drive a more fuel efficient hybrid vehicle as well as consume much less meat (almost none) and less dairy too. And I don't feel like I'm actually "giving up" anything -- I've learned to truly like different things. It's a win-win. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONHealth HappinessHow does/can practicing gratitude keep you centered and motivated to work for a better world?
Jeffrey Kohne 10/27/2020 9:06 PMWhen I truly look around the actual world, 90+ percent of what I see is positive. In contrast, much of what we see on social media or the read in the "news" is negative or fear-based. It's important to recognize that our lives are filled with miracles by counting our blessings.
