Melissa Kopf 10/20/2020 8:20 AMCovid-19 is compounding the effects of voter discouragement efforts (gerrymandering, limited polling stations, etc). Encouraging mail in balloting is one opportunity to overcome some of this influence, as is allowing time for workers to vote on Election Day. -
