    Lack of access to nutritious food can affect a community in many ways but mostly in illnesses. Nutritious food can increase your immune system.

    Self-care, self-love and self-compassion are very important in any relationship you have with others. If you do not take care of yourself, you cannot do that to others as well as the environment.

    Plastic pollution is the most pressing issue in Sofia, Bulgaria. Recycling is not compulsory, therefore, most of the people still do not do it.

    Upgrading my windows made my flat warmer, especially when I turned on the heating system. It uses less energy and it saves more money.
