    I've come to realize how much I'm thankful for by starting a gratitude journal.  It's funny how I thought I would write about the same thing everyday.  But there is so many little things I never thought about to be thankful for.

    I try to walk whenever possible.  It allows me time to myself and to take in all the seasons

    I'm always giving to others and the next 3 weeks I want to carve out 30 minutes to reflect, journal and self-care for my own health
