    Being aware of the amount of time we are in front of our screens has really made me cut back on personal screen time.

    Waste Use a Reusable Water Bottle
    While water bottles are needed for health and safety in certain places, we can do more to reduce the unnecessary use of them. What are the barriers to you using reusable bottles and tap water instead of bottled water? How could you make this a permanent habit?

    I try to always carry by Hydro around with me for quick access to water and to prevent me from having to purchase plastic water bottles.

    Setting a sleep schedule has helped me get more hours of sleep at night.

    What did you notice in implementing this challenge? Was it hard to choose other activities over screen time? How did you decide to spend your time?

    This was harder than I thought, it seems our phones are too easily accessible. I started by leaving my phone in another room making it less of a distraction. I spent my time hanging with the family which also decreased their screen time.
