Following on from a documentary I watched a few weeks ago, I have committed myself to take meat out of my diet and follow a plant based diet at least 5 days per week for breakfast, lunch & dinner! Today is a new day - give it a try!

In the last 2 evenings, I have watched 2 great documentaries on Netflix: Chasing Ice & Chasing Coral. I would highly recommend you all to watch these and find out the impact how we're currently living our lives is having and has had in the last 5 years on the environment - it shocked me!
