    I think by just acknowledging  the things that are going good in life will make you a happier person. You will be more aware and not take simple things for granted.

    Waste Use a Reusable Water Bottle
    While water bottles are needed for health and safety in certain places, we can do more to reduce the unnecessary use of them. What are the barriers to you using reusable bottles and tap water instead of bottled water? How could you make this a permanent habit?

    I think sometimes its just a matter of forgetting to keep a reusable water bottle in the care or grabbing it from the kitchen before I leave. To avoid this I can make sure I leave it on the counter every night so I'll see it in the morning and won't forget it.

    It feels great getting your mind of everyday tasks and nurturing the earth with a little something green. I planted 2 trees, one native and one that is native to Hawaii but grows really well here in Pacifica.
