    What are your top 3-5 core values? How did you narrow it down to those as being your core values?

    Used an online tool to narrow down my core values and came up with Family, Kindness/Caring, and Balance (which included Fairness and Honesty), But reality was i really didn't need to tool.

    Being mindful by reflecting on how I'm feeling is something I do daily. What I have not mastered is mindful eating. At least I don't think I've mastered that. I typically eat my breakfast while eating email (= no) and lunch and dinner with my husband, Jon (= maybe). I suppose it depends on what we're talking about over our meals, hahaha!

    I will be sorry to see the challenge end. It does make me more aware of taking time each and every day to be mindful, thankful and most of all cognizant of my activities.

    Getting used to the cooler temperatures and being outside.The changing tree colors are so pretty!

    Needed my mindfulness practice today in a big way! I recorded time so i wouldn't forget to check in but probably need a little more time on the inner calm and focus! TGIF!
