    2020 is ... challenging. Taking a moment each day to reflect on and be thankful for the positives prevents me from falling into the despair spiral

    Took advantage of a break in the rain for our daily walk. Even a quick stroll around the neighborhood does a lot to improve my mood and focus. Feeling refreshed after breathing in the just-rained smell and feeling a few drops on our faces
