It's fascinating how capitalism has affected the native people's on all fronts, keeping them oppressed and poor because of the commodities coming in, and knowledge and practice of traditional food gathering, growing and hunting was reduced. I find it exciting and admirable that native people's in our country and taking back ownership of their way of life to create a healthier, stronger people.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION

Looking into buying used items will make me more discerning about my purchases, and make me question "do I really need to buy this?" and "can I find what I'm looking for as a used item" for not only my clothes, but for other products as well.

So excited that I just ordered a Jarvis Standing Desk from Fully and their Capisco Chair to revolutionize my work from home setup. I've been suffering worse back pain and more from my at-computer work I've been doing for the past year, and my body does NOT like it. I'm hoping that the change I'll feel will help make my days happier and more productive, and my body feeling stronger and healthier.

Was so happy to finally be able to "upgrade" my '97  Toyota Camry that has been in my family since my grandma purchased it new in 1997. I decided to purchase my brother-in-law's 2016 Rav4 Hybrid that he was planning to sell, and I've been so happy with the purchase so far. I'll be saving money and using less gas now, and I've sold my Camry to a new buyer who will hopefully drive and love the car till it's time for it to retire.

Yes! It was such a great car considering :) I'm excited though to have more of an adventure ready car that is a better set up for me and much more comfortable to drive (tall people problems)

YES! I used to drive a '93 Camry (up until 2 years ago).  They just don't stop. My parents still drive it for work.  '93 and '97 were great years for the Camry!
