    Finding the cold and rainy weather hard to get outdoors this year.  Last year I spent a ton of time hiking and biking all the trails around Chicago especially Starved Rock.  Starved Rock in the winter is amazing and a very challenging hike from Ottawa Canyon to St. Louis.

    I need to continue to focus on what I eat which has an impact on my blood work.  Eating healthy low-carb diet has worked to keep my results within range.

    I love to hike and spend time with my friends hiking the trails in through-out Illinois.

    I do believe my diet falls into the guidelines, but need to pay attention to how Tuna is caught and read labels and research brands.
