Rebecca Rehm 10/26/2020 5:31 AMFinding the cold and rainy weather hard to get outdoors this year. Last year I spent a ton of time hiking and biking all the trails around Chicago especially Starved Rock. Starved Rock in the winter is amazing and a very challenging hike from Ottawa Canyon to St. Louis. -

REFLECTION QUESTIONFood Smart Seafood ChoicesMany states and countries have advisories on eating fish. Find out what is advised for your region. Do you think your diet choices fall within these guidelines? What steps do you need to take to make sure that they do?
Rebecca Rehm 10/14/2020 5:36 AMI do believe my diet falls into the guidelines, but need to pay attention to how Tuna is caught and read labels and research brands.
