  • REFLECTION QUESTION
Waste Use a Reusable Water Bottle
While water bottles are needed for health and safety in certain places, we can do more to reduce the unnecessary use of them. What are the barriers to you using reusable bottles and tap water instead of bottled water? How could you make this a permanent habit?

Many people choose to use one-time plastic water bottles for ease and convenience, but it's also easy to choose to use a reusable water bottle. Try filling up your favorite reusable water bottle before you go to bed at night, then put it the fridge so it's ready to grab the next morning. This also helps encourage myself to drink more water during the day.
