    I think my sleep patterns are just fine. Since I don't have to commute anymore, I can get an extra hour of sleep each day.

    Fresh air and movement are good for our entire being and can help us think more clearly and creatively. How does taking a walk each day affect yourself and/or your work?

    Taking a nice long walk each day clears my mind and gets the blood flowing after sitting down all day. It allows my body to release all of the excess energy allowing me to rest at night better.
