    It helps by improving your health by lowering intake of saturated fat, lowering the risk of developing heart disease and cancer, the world's leading causes of death.

    Practicing gratitude first thing in the morning helps me start off my day on the right foot.

    Having pots and containers is the easiest way due to having an HOA. I also have purchased sheppards hooks to hang baskets. They are decorative and beautiful at the same time.
