  • I am practicing mindfulness by having less time on social media, and more working out

  • Having less time on Social Media and replace it with workout makes me feel happier than before. 

  • To eat healthier, I've been committing to having Smoothie breakfast this week. This has been going for 2 days, but I do feel more energized! I am also working out daily now ;)

  • Having smoothie bowl for breakfast in these past 2 days! I feel much more energized. 

  • I am currently reading The Story of More by Hope Jahren, and learned how human's civilization has led to global warming. On the two chapters I've read so far, I learned that the Meat Industry contributed most methanes to Greenhouse Gases, even more than the Transportation industry. Thus, I am committed to reduce my meat intake, and it is also essentials to reduce risk of diseases such as Cancer and Diabetes :D

    I feel more fulfilled with focusing more on my needs, such as eating homemade food rather than buying pizza just because I want it, and fascinated with ideas from my neglected books rather than buying new one.

    I feel that I am not easily distracted to look at my social media, and I have more time to do other activities such as working out, and reading books.
