REFLECTION QUESTIONFood Buy From a Farmers MarketWhat is one food choice that you make, or could make, that would do more good and less harm?
-
REFLECTION QUESTIONFood Reduce Animal ProductsWhy do people in richer countries eat more meat than people in other places? How does eating more meat affect our planet and other people?
Loredana Spita 10/28/2020 5:02 AMThe cost of producing meat products is high, compared to having a plant-based diet from ingredients you can grow from your yard yourself. Eating more meat affects the planet because the increasing demand will ask for more farmland and biodiversity is affected. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONCommunity Engage In Active ListeningWhat was it like to actively listen to someone? How did both people and the conversation(s) benefit from active listening?
Loredana Spita 10/21/2020 1:38 AMI've been practicing active listening for many years; and this is mostly because I don't like talking about myself and I prefer listening. Active listening helps you increase your knowledge of various topics, builds trust, or identify and solve some problems. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONSimplicity Go for a Daily Walk OutsideFresh air and movement are good for our entire being and can help us think more clearly and creatively. How does taking a walk each day affect yourself and/or your work?
Loredana Spita 10/20/2020 7:26 AMTaking a walk each day reduces my anxiety level; it always helps to get some air when you feel too overwhelmed. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONNature Go for a Daily WalkHow do you experience your neighborhood or city differently when walking instead of driving?
Loredana Spita 10/20/2020 7:24 AMWhen you're walking through the neighborhood, you can interact with the stray cats; that's the best part :) -
REFLECTION QUESTIONFood Try a New Way to PrepCanning and pickling food is a great way to have delicious summer fruits and vegetables all year round. Just make sure to follow the canning and pickling guidelines from the USDA or another trusted source. What are some foods that you would like to preserve and enjoy later in the year?

REFLECTION QUESTIONWaste Learn About & Practice Sustainable FashionHow can you express your personality, creativity, and values in ways that don't require fast fashion or buying more clothes and accessories?
