Currently they affect my health at some extent. Positives sides in my habitat are good water quality, clean air and quiet nature. I noticed how depended I am on these features after spending some time on learning. At the moment maybe chemicals from some of the clothes, groceries and makeup products affects my health mostly
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Waste Use a Reusable Mug
Maybe you've heard how good it is to switch from a single use coffee cup to a reusable one, but it's just hard to make the switch. What stands in your way of making this a habit? By identifying the challenges, you can begin to work through them to have better success in taking this action. Knowing the difference you are making, how does it make you feel?

    Mona Valimaki's avatar
    Mona Valimaki 10/22/2020 11:57 PM
The challenge might be not having reusable mug with me if I am buying coffee spontaneously from the coffee shop.

  • REFLECTION QUESTION

You can express your own personality, creativity and values, for example, with your hobbies, living by your own values and by reading,  and sharing information about things that are important to you.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
Waste Use a Reusable Water Bottle
While water bottles are needed for health and safety in certain places, we can do more to reduce the unnecessary use of them. What are the barriers to you using reusable bottles and tap water instead of bottled water? How could you make this a permanent habit?

There are no barriers, sometimes I might forgot the reusable bottle at home
