    I have noticed my spending habits are kind of under control. I am only inclined to make shifts in purchasing sweets.

    No, it wasn't hard. I decided to be more physically active, engage more in reading and decluttering my home.

    I feel lighter and better. I have more time for things that were left unattended.

    Yes, i did. I still feel a bit addicted, but now i can refuse sugar more knowingly and substitute it with healthier foods.

    We could understand more of other people's intentions and beliefs and we could work together more efficiently in order to achieve good results.
