    It didn't really do much for me. I felt relaxed, but then I had to go right back to school work.

    5 minute showers don't bother me, so I felt like it was a semi effortless way to save water.

    I get around 8.5 hours, I'd like more towards 9. I think I just need to stay up a little less late. The little bit extra was nice.
