Craig Wood 10/27/2020 12:56 PMUsing my great tomato harvest this year to make smoked salsa on my smoker. Fresh tomatoes, Jalapenos, Habaneros, Onions, and Elephant Garlic all smoked to perfection for 60 mins and then blended with lime juice, vinegar, salt and taco seasoning. Incredible flavors. Try it if you have tomatoes, a smoker, or can smoke on your grill.
