    As I wrap up this ecochallenge and look back on my goals from previous years, I believe I can say that things DO sink in over time.  Inspired by my previous goals, I now drive a more fuel efficient hybrid vehicle as well as consume much less meat (almost none) and less dairy too.  And I don't feel like I'm actually "giving up" anything -- I've learned to truly like different things.  It's a win-win.

    When I truly look around the actual world, 90+ percent of what I see is positive.  In contrast, much of what we see on social media or the read in the "news" is negative or fear-based.  It's important to recognize that our lives are filled with miracles by counting our blessings.
