I read an article about energy storage and disadvantage communities. It describe what Com Edison is doing in New York and California. I emailed Ted Wheeler asking what we can do in Portland with our utilities and disadvantaged communities.

By affirming, others can feel heard. When I feel heard, I am ready to listen to others even if's a different point of view. We can also only truly listen when we detach ourselves from the outcome.
