We have family games night once a week, sometimes also sit down together to watch something interesting or goofy on TV. I've done similar things with family and friends who live away. October 27 at 5:53 PMI need to turn off the news earlier! I tend to sleep well but sometimes it is difficult to make that shift from "busy/turning off". I try to settle myself at a reasonable hour, read a book instead of having a device with a screen, even if I can only get through a few pages, it's helpful....and sometimes I do my gratutide journaling...
