Michelle Abbott 10/27/2020 11:42 AMI have spent a lot of time over the past few weeks educating myself on hormone disruptors and how they really mess with our metabolism. As a result, I have changed out my health and beauty products to 100% pure and I truly think it has helped! -

Michelle Abbott 10/12/2020 5:16 PMI have become an avid walker during the pandemic. I'm not ready to go back to the gym so walking is now my main exercise. The upside is connecting more with my neighbors who are also walking more. -
