    I have spent a lot of time over the past few weeks educating myself on hormone disruptors and how they really mess with our metabolism. As a result, I have changed out my health and beauty products to 100% pure and I truly think it has helped!

    We have a big landscaping project going on in our back yard. It includes planting of several pollinator friendly bushes. i can't wait to see the results!

    I recently learned a new word; "Pono" which is the Hawaiian concept of feeling right with yourself and the world. It’s that feeling of being aligned with who you really are, calm, centered and at peace with everyone and everything around you. Wishing everyone pono!

    My husband and I went hiking on Saturday around Lake Badin and it was chicken soup for the weary soul. The fall colors are starting to peak out!

    I have become an avid walker during the pandemic. I'm not ready to go back to the gym so walking is now my  main exercise. The upside is connecting more with my neighbors who are also walking more.

What is your response to Berry's assertion?

    I walk in the mornings and have really been enjoying the sunrises! The days are definitely getting shorter so I need to start taking a flashlight with me.
