    This help maintain peace and calm in the environment. It helps you feel and understand the environment and thus, makes oneself think about their actions and how they might affect the environment.

    Always acknowledging what you feel about something clear out your mind and thoughts. This helps to understand yourself and help you connect to everything around you

    Using a reusable cup or anything that can be re-used makes be feel good and satisfied. It makes me satisfied thinking that I am doing something to help the environment and not polluting it
