    This morning for breakfast I had a shawarma and a bowl of tabbouleh and saved the extras for the end of the week

    In 2016 my mom went to go to costco and came back with 6 paper bags and we use them every time we go shopping so we don't waste the bags.

    In North America, up to 65% of food waste happens at the consumer level. Chef Steven Satterfield advocates for using every part of a vegetable. How can you incorporate using an entire vegetable (including the skins, tops, stalks, etc.) during your next meal prep?

    Every time I cook I put the onion skin, mushroom bottoms, potato peels in a plastic bag and at the end of the week I boil it and strain it to get vegetable  broth.

    Everyday at 1:00pm -1:30pm I play soccer with my nabors kids and I am building a hangout shed for my nabor Jerry.

    I sleeped for one more our today I think when I sleep more I am more productive in the morning.

    I stopped eating sugar for 3 months over summer and I am eating sugar once every month.
