  • Reflection Question
Waste Learn About & Practice Sustainable Fashion
How can you express your personality, creativity, and values in ways that don't require fast fashion or buying more clothes and accessories?

I’ll think twice before throwing out my clothes, also I will use my imagination to repair or redesign my wardrobe.
  • Reflection Question
Food Buy From a Farmers Market
What is one food choice that you make, or could make, that would do more good and less harm?

I started cutting calories by cutting out foods high in solid fat and added sugar. Also, I stopped eating fatty meats like ribs, bacon, and hot dogs.
  • Reflection Question
    Community Learn About Constructive Communication
How can you, your loved ones, the community, and environment all benefit from constructive communication?

Avoiding lack of communication and resolving possible conflicts from the beginning.
  • Reflection Question
Action Track: Healing and Renewal Nurture Self-Compassion
How can nurturing your Self-Compassion also nurture healthier relationships with others and the environment?

Self-compassion involves treating yourself with the same kindness, concern and support you’d show to a good friend. We must remember that how we treat ourselves reflects how we let others treat us. If we are unkind to ourselves, we create a standard for how much abuse we accept from others and, as a result, we end up attracting abusive and disrespectful relationships.
  • Reflection Question
Action Track: Healing and Renewal Go for a Daily Walk Outside
Fresh air and movement are good for our entire being and can help us think more clearly and creatively. How does taking a walk each day affect yourself and/or your work?

Taking a walk every morning has been great, it's amazing for stress relief and enjoying a little “me time”.

  • Reflection Question
    Community Engage In Active Listening
What was it like to actively listen to someone? How did both people and the conversation(s) benefit from active listening?

Active listening is the foundation for any successful conversation, it keeps you engaged with your conversation partner in a positive way. When you practice active listening, you make the other person feel heard and valued.
Active listening defuses conflict and helps you to understand and comprehend the discussion better.
