We must remember that how we treat ourselves reflects how we let others treat us. If we are unkind to ourselves, we create a standard for how much abuse we accept from others and, as a result, we end up attracting abusive and disrespectful relationships. -

Maria Fernanda Alcazar 10/23/2020 9:30 AMActive listening is the foundation for any successful conversation, it keeps you engaged with your conversation partner in a positive way. When you practice active listening, you make the other person feel heard and valued.
Active listening defuses conflict and helps you to understand and comprehend the discussion better.
