    I almost never use any of these because I usually am not the one that is shopping. When I have the opportunity to not use a plastic straw I take it.

    Find a nice quiet environment with absolutely no distractions was the most important part for me to enjoy the mindfulness and have it really take effect. It helped reflect on everything going on in my life and organize it in my brain.

    It can help to relax us a lot with all the stressful things that are going on right now.
