Greenhouse gases found in old refrigerants are up to 10,900 times more potent than carbon dioxide. I will help eliminate these gases through the purchase of offset credits to ensure we all have a planet we can thrive on.

    Note to all don't forget to unplug and recharge.  Unplug is get off of all electronics devices, try 5 minutes a day and increase as you go

      My eye doctor wanted me to use a steam eye mask for 15 minutes before bed every night. At first, it was hard to even go 15 minutes to disconnect, and now I look forward to that relaxing time before bed. I'm not sure why I was complaining about a relaxing steam mask. :)

    I joined to let others know to make change in you life, can be made permanent by scheduling time.  After work I put on my tennis shoe and walk a mile or 2.  It doesn't matter if one day you only have 15 minutes  that is ok
