    Be a flexitarian - mostly plant-based food with a rare and occasional animal protein and even then consume lesser environment-damaging animal protein like chicken or oceansafe seafood.

    Agree. Instead of doctors and drug companies, pay to farmers and local grocers for food and reduce your carbon footprint.
