REFLECTION QUESTIONSimplicity Work-Life BalanceHow might practicing work-life balance lead to a more sustainable life for yourself? How might it contribute to sustainability more broadly?
christian corchado 10/23/2020 5:41 AMLife itself is a balance. Most of the time we are responsible for breaking this balance because we do not know how to maintain a work-life balance. Many of us think that we owe ourselves to work as it is our source of income, but nevertheless we break the balance of the family. The work-life balance will help us to be more sustainable in life. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONNature Forage for My FoodPeople are motivated to forage for many different reasons: as a source for food, a means of income, to connect with nature, to participate in cultural tradition, transmitting specific ecological knowledge, or as a means of stewarding local and native plant populations are just a few examples. What is your chief motivation for foraging?
