REFLECTION QUESTIONWater Fix Leaky FaucetsFixing leaky faucets is one of the tasks that we can easily put off until later. Good job on completing this action! How will you use the momentum from completing this action to increase your water efficiency in other ways?
Tracy Do 10/27/2020 11:12 PMI will try to spot places or items that I use that waste/use a lot of water. I'll try to be more observant to ensure that I don't waste any water. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONAction Track: Healing and Renewal Healthy SleepConsider how many hours of sleep you get now. How would you like to shift your sleep patterns? What are you finding works for you to be successful in this action?
Tracy Do 10/25/2020 5:35 PMI want to consistently sleep at a certain time and get up at a certain time so my schedule is more set. I think what works best is trying to set a goal of what time you are gonna sleep and how many hours of sleep you want to get. -

REFLECTION QUESTIONCommunity Sign Up to VoteWhy is voting important to creating a just, sustainable, and thriving world? In what other ways can you actively participate in important decision-making?
Tracy Do 10/19/2020 11:57 PMVoting creates a just, sustainable, and thriving world because it gives people an outlet to express their opinion. It gives people a sense of control to know that their vote can impact their own lives and others. Other ways, I can participate in important decision- making is taking surveys, talking to higher officials and educating myself on important subject like elections going on in my city or county. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONHealth Exercise DailyHow can you incorporate other personal values (like quality time with friends or spending time in nature) into your exercise routine?
Tracy Do 10/17/2020 10:14 PMI can incorporate other personal values into my exercise routine by going for walks with my family or/and my friends which builds a stronger bond and also get to spend quality time with them. Getting fresh is very important and mental health so walking can help by helping clear my head.
