Melinda Driesen 10/09/2020 7:48 AMI feel like I have taken time to make efforts to contact friends and family, instead of just scrolling thru the feeds. Its given me the opportunity to do a "check in" or just to say "I have been thinking about you." Right now there seems to be a lot of negativity on social media, so I am happy to spend my time off of it. -

Melinda Driesen 10/09/2020 7:40 AMI exercise multiple days a week and include time for recovery (stretching, foam rolling, & massage gun.)
I also try to eat cleanly most of the time, with not a lot of processed foods in my diet.
And I make sure to get my annual check ups scheduled every year (Dental, Optical, & Physical). -

Melinda Driesen 10/05/2020 3:22 PMIf I walk in the morning, it sets the tone of my mind of the day and energizes me to get tasks accomplished. If I walk in the evening, it allows you to reflect on the days events and work thru frustrations before trying to relax. -
