    Social media can keep us connected with loved ones, make us laugh, and help us to learn new things. It can also take more time than we realize or intend to give. After doing this action for a few days, how do you feel? What do you notice?

    I feel like I have taken time to make efforts to contact friends and family, instead of just scrolling thru the feeds.  Its given me the opportunity to do a "check in" or just to say "I have been thinking about you."  Right now there seems to be a lot of negativity on social media, so I am happy to spend my time off of it.

    How do you practice self care?

    I exercise multiple days a week and include time for recovery (stretching, foam rolling, & massage gun.)
    I also try to eat cleanly most of the time, with not a lot of processed foods in my diet.
    And I make sure to get my annual check ups scheduled every year (Dental, Optical, & Physical).

    I take time to admire a neighbors garden or say hello to a friendly face on the block.

    If I walk in the morning, it sets the tone of my mind of the day and energizes me to get tasks accomplished.  If I walk in the evening, it allows you to reflect on the days events and work thru frustrations before trying to relax.
