Although we are evolving rapidly in technology and social terms, this is rather slow when it comes to our body, our genetics. Doing sports or simply being active is a necessity for us, not even an option. Being active helps us to reduce the stress we have in the first place and to keep our body fit and healthy. A person who feels good physically will also tend to be healthier psychologically. This means a win-win strategy both physically and psychologically. People who don't take care of themselves also have problems in benefiting others and their own living space. By doing sports, we learn to be disciplined, to cleanse our mind,s and to increase our respect for ourselves. This also reflects on the people around us and helps them improve their quality of life.
