    watching the sunset or sunrise or even the stars is such a beautiful thing and gives me such a different perspective on life.

    just getting some sun or spending time outdoors is really impactful and can change your mood and even your day. I have noticed how  important going outside is, even if it is just for a few minutes, especially since we are inside on a screen so much of the day.
