REFLECTION QUESTIONHealth HappinessHow does/can practicing gratitude keep you centered and motivated to work for a better world?
Amanda Gillette 10/25/2020 1:46 PMI love sending emails to friends, mentors, professors, and others, because not only is it a way to show my gratitude for their support of me, but also a way to keep both them and myself motivated to share that kindness. Sending a thankful note to someone, even for the smallest things, can brighten their day, and that kindness has a chain reaction. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONHealth Joyful MovementWhat's your favorite activity(ies) in which you experience joy while being active and moving?
Amanda Gillette 10/23/2020 5:04 PMI like taking walks down to the river, and then playing in the river! I wear my rainboots so I can wade out and splash around. -
Amanda Gillette 10/21/2020 11:39 AMI spent time outside today, enjoying the sunshine. I really need to get out more -- studying can wait when the late-October weather is still this wonderful! -
