Lorraine Gleeson 10/28/2020 3:13 PMI enjoyed trying to eat more vegan meals and more vegetarian meals (besides breakfast). I also really loved aiming for more feel good movement. Not just "I should exercise for my health" but cranking up some tunes and dancing, taking a walk with a friend, or playing disc golf. So important yet often forgotten.
