    How does eating more fruits and vegetables and less meat positively affect yourself, other people, and our planet?

    I think it positively affects me by limiting the super fats that we get from most meat, and it helps our planet by decreasing the amount of fake meats that are created, which also prevents me and other people from eating genetically modified meat.

    I would like to shift my sleeping patterns by calming myself down every night so that I will be able to sleep easier. Some things that I find work for this is maybe reading a very simple book at night or a book from my childhood so that I can relax and have good thoughts before I go to bed. I also sometimes put on calming music or nature sounds like a quiet thunderstorm or rain which has helped me sleep for many years.
