    That would mean we'd have to think about changing our behavior, and that's just really tough sometimes however necessary

    Gluttony? Seriously though, meat is expensive to raise and as such to eat. Our factory animal farms are horrific, and a one of the most environmentally damaging industries on the planet.

    These days I've been eating a lot of to-go food, and while it feels good to support local restaurants, it creates a lot of waste. I plan to pack a lunch, and choose foods/restaurants that create less waste, like burritos vs. soups, etc.
